For many years local residents complained that youths had few outdoor pursuits in which to partake in the town. The local council in answer to these concerns constructed this purpose built skate park and adventure playground. In the centre of the largest park in Bishop’s Stortford the facility features a Half-Pipe for skateboarders and roller-bladers to perform tricks on and an adventure playground for younger residents to enjoy. In the summer months it is a busy and popular meeting place for young people from miles around.
