This council-run swimming facility in Watford includes a 30 metre long pool and a smaller, shallower pool for children and beginners. The main pool is used for club and regional competitions, and on those occasions is divided into swimming lanes. Various swimming activities such as water-aerobics and fun-sessions including inflatables for children are offered. The centre welcomes group bookings and can arrange birthday packages. In addition to swimming, fitness and self-defence classes are held in the adjoining studio.
