Watford Football Club was founded in 1881 and has been at its present home on Vicarage Road since 1992. The Hornets as the club is nicknamed (because of their yellow and black strip) have a stadium that can hold over 22,000 fans across four main stands. If you are looking for an exciting day out, then a visit to see a game at the club is unlikely to disappoint. The club is best known for its two excellent spells under the management of former England manager Graham Taylor.
