Brighton’s seafront stretches for seven miles and offers a wealth of attractions and activities. Although the beach is a pebble rather than a sand beach, there is plenty to keep the whole family entertained. Along the main stretch next to the only remaining Brighton Pier, there are a number of cafés and restaurants to suit all tastes, little shops selling unusual pieces of art, and an old penny arcade. Deckchairs can be hired and there are trampolines for the children to enjoy. So, relax, join in the watersports, or eat an ice-cream – the choice is endless.
