Founded in 1989, East Grinstead Sports Club is an amalgam of several of the area’s local sporting clubs. The centre provides open access gym facilities and coaching in various indoor and outdoor sports. There are badminton halls, squash courts, tennis courts, five-a-side football pitches, rugby training facilities, a hockey pitch as well as a full sized cricket pitch and nets. The facility is probably the most popular sports and fitness centre in the area.
