Cwmbran Stadium has been well supported by the Sports Council for Wales which has resulted in its offering an excellent sporting facility in the Torfaen area. There is an international standard athletics track, a sports hall with eight courts, a fitness suite, a health suite with sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room, a small indoor bowling area, a swimming pool, a squash court, beauty therapy and physiotherapy rooms, and party and crèche facilities. The parking is free and there is also a café and bar available to recharge your batteries.
